Before a discovery workshop

A simple product-data starter checklist.

These are examples of useful records to locate for a pilot—not a legally mandated textile DPP field list.

  • Product/style specification and a current material/BOM record.
  • Links from product reference to variant, order and batch/lot where available.
  • Relevant supplier and production-site contacts for the pilot scope.
  • Available process records for the material and garment journey.
  • Supporting certificates, test reports or declarations, with issue/expiry dates.
  • Names of the people who submit, approve, correct and update each record.
  • Existing system, portal, spreadsheet or document sources.
  • Agreed rules for confidentiality, permitted use and buyer access.
